Eligibility for Returns or Exchange:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Products that are opened or tested cannot be returned due to hygiene & health concerns.

Damaged, Wrong or Defective Item?

  • If you receive a broken, incorrect or expired product — email us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at info@carematicsllc.com with clear photos and your order number.
  • After our review, we will offer a free exchange or replacement.
  • Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock.

Important Conditions:

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer unless it's a wrong/damaged item.
  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
